Cardiology Office Manager Marital Status: Married No. of Children: 3 From Richard L. and Kim M.: Greetings from the West Coast!
Last September, 2005, Kim and I journeyed to the East African country of Ethiopia. Our destination was an orphanage in the capital city of Addis Ababa. Here we were united with our first children, two little sisters named Lydia (age 6)and Megdelawit "Kia" (age3). Two of God's most perfect little people!
We intend to return to Ethiopia later this year to retrieve their little brother Noah (15mos), living at a different orphanage, so that no family member will be left behind. Unfortunately, their biological parents have since died from the AIDS epidemic which is ravaging Sub-Saharan Africa; luckily the children are healthy.
If all goes according to plan, we hope to formally introduce them to their extended Rowan Family during the 2007 Reunion. Until then.
With love,
The Dawson Family
Richard, Kim, Lydia, Kia, and Noah

Occupation: Teacher Marital Status: Married No. of Children: 4 From "Al": Looking forward to seeing everyone at the reunion in 2006. On March 28, 2006, I became a first time grandmother. My oldest son, Dave Cardwell and my daughter-in-law, Hyeseung, had a son. His name is Noa Nam Cardwell. They have relocated from Wellington, New Zealand to Vancouver, British Columbia.
Tonia just completed her master's degree at OSU. She will do her internship in the Columbus city schools, during 2006-07. Jason will be leaving for Columbia University at the end of August. He returned from Guatemala, working for Peace Corps, in March of 2006. He will be in a master's program for bilingual education. James is at home, working very hard.
