Kenyatta D. "Fat Boy" Forrest 34, Indianapolis, passed away on Dec. 7, 2009. He is survived by his parents, Erskine Forrest, Cheryl Thomas Thompson, daughters, Cherrish and Da'nyia Forrest, sons, Kemani Forrest and Deasmon McNeal, sisters Gwendolyn R. Forrest, Melanie R. Thomas, niece, Kaylin Warren, nephew, Bryce Thomas and grandmothers, Georgia L. Thomas, Gwendolyn Williams. Services will be held on Monday, December 14, 2009, 1 p.m. at Broadway United Methodist Church, 609 East 29th Street.
