Kenton LeRue McCreary Jr., 37, of Owensboro, departed this life Saturday, April 29, 2023. He was born April 14, 1986, in Owensboro to Sarah A. Douglas and Kenton L. McCreary, Sr, the grandson of Doris Hayden Huff and Leroy McCreary, great grandson of Grace C and Aurelia Dee Hayden, great-great grandson of Julia Rowan Hayden and great-great-great grandson of Mary Munt and Henry Rowan. He graduated from Owensboro High School. Kenton enjoyed traveling and spending time with his children. He joined the church at an early age. Andre Moorman, 57, died on May 10, 2023, at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital. He was born March 19, 1966 to Richard Moorman and Anita James, the grandson of Richard Lucian Moorman I, the great grandson of Fannie Pearl Hayden, the great-great grandson of Julia Hayden Rowan and the great-great-great grandson of Henry Rowan.
Andre was preceded in death by an infant son, Xavier Moorman.
His survivors include his mother and father; wife, Angela; daughter, Ziauna Moorman; son, Drevonte Moorman; brothers, David and Marcus Moorman; sister, Jessica James; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Martin Maurice Moorman, 70, beloved father, son, and brother, of Owensboro, died Tuesday, October 26, 2022, at the Signature Care of Hartford. He was born October 28, 1951, in Owensboro. Marty graduated from Owensboro High School and attended Eastern Kentucky University. He later earned his associate degree with the adult education program. He was initially employed by WR Grace and held various manufacturing positions. Later in life, he was able to expand on his love for travel and became a long-haul truck driver.
