David was the son of Patricia Penn. The grandson of Hazel Haynes. The great grandson of Comia Rowan. The great great grandson of Ed Rowan and the great, great, great grandson of Harry and Catherine Rowan.

We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of David Keith Penn, a beloved husband, dad, and granddad. Born on November 5, 1967, in Cincinnati, Ohio. He passed away on March 25, 2024, leaving a void in the hearts of those who knew him.

David attended Burdett School and St. Francis de Sales for elementary school. He was a graduate of Purcell Marion High School in 1985. David briefly attended Central State University and Cincinnati State.

He was born Aug. 23, 1913, in Paris, Tenn., the son of Fulton and Eula Wilkins Randle. He was formerly married to Daisy Laster, Evelena Jackson and Arletta Smith. They preceded him in death.
